​The MindSpot Wellbeing Plus Course helps adults aged 60 years and over learn to manage mild, moderate and severe symptoms of depression and anxiety.

The Wellbeing Plus Course aims to support you to gain better control over your symptoms by learning core skills that will improve your confidence and quality of life.
