MindSpot referral form

A Mental Health Treatment Plan is not required for treatment with MindSpot GP. Referrals are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, your patients will receive an SMS inviting them to complete an online assessment. 



What's next for your patient
Consultation

After your patient has completed their online assessment, they will have access to their patient dashboard where they’ll be able to book a consultation with a therapist to discuss their results and treatment options. 

Treatment

Your patient will be enrolled in their nominated treatment pathway at a time that best suits them. They will have a MindSpot GP therapist supporting them throughout their treatment journey.

Ongoing correspondence

MindSpot GP patients will receive ongoing support by a therapist to help guide patients throughout their treatment journey. Our therapists will keep you informed on your patient's journey to ensure continuity of care.
