MindSpot achieved accreditation for compliance with the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health (NSQDMH) Standards. Accreditation to the NSQDMH Standards is a mark of excellence in the digital mental health space. This confirms that our services meet rigorous safety and quality requirements, reflecting our commitment to high standards in digital mental health care.

What Accreditation Means

Accreditation involves a thorough assessment by an independent agency to ensure that we meet the NSQDMH Standards, which addresses:

  1. Clinical and Technical Governance: This standard emphasises the importance of robust clinical and technical governance, safety, and quality systems. It encompasses workforce qualifications, cyber security, privacy, and the stability of digital systems. By adhering to these guidelines, we ensure the reliability and safety of our digital mental health services, ultimately improving health outcomes for our users.
  2. Partnering with Consumers: At MindSpot, we prioritise a person-centered approach, involving users in their care and the development of our services. This standard highlights our commitment to involving service users, and their support people where relevant, in shared decision-making, care partnerships, and the design of quality digital mental health care.
  3. Model of Care: This standard focuses on establishing and delivering effective models of care. It involves minimising harm, ensuring clear communication for safety, and recognising and responding to any acute deterioration in mental state. Our adherence to this standard ensures that we deliver care that is responsive and effective.

Having been assessed according to these rigorous standards, MindSpot met all applicable actions required by the NSQDMH Standards. Our accreditation is a testament to our ongoing efforts to provide exceptional digital mental health services and to continuously improve our practices for the benefit of our users.

We extend our gratitude to our dedicated team and partners whose hard work and commitment have made this achievement possible. At MindSpot, we remain steadfast in our mission to support mental health through innovative, high-quality, and user-centered digital solutions.
