To support MindSpot’s unique referral pathway, MindSpot GP, our team developed the MindSpot GP Mental Health Toolkit to provide GPs with essential resources to easily refer their patients to appropriate mental health care support and services. The toolkit includes a guide on referring to MindSpot GP, the K10 Assessment Tool, a quick reference guide for interpreting K10 results, a patient referral form, handouts for patients, and The Big 5 self-assessment worksheet. These resources aim to ensure that GPs have practical tools for supporting patients who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
