MindSpot has engaged with Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney (H2HS) to trial an important partnership which aims to improve access for people waiting for treatment. H2HS is a local Lifeline centre working with people who are experiencing mental health challenges. Ongoing discussions between MindSpot and H2HS have highlighted a key opportunity to establish a coordinated pathway which will directly connect H2HS patients with the option of digital psychological care through MindSpot.  

Both teams are now busily working to trial and evaluate the provision of a ‘light’ referral pathway to MindSpot for H2HS patients who are waiting for, or who wouldn’t otherwise engage in treatment.  The pathway will be supported by technology to ensure that it is feasible, efficient and scalable, and provides a warm, supportive, and engaging experience for the people we’re connecting with. We look forward to updating you on results and findings as the project launches.
