On the eve of World Mental Health Day, MindSpot was honoured to participate in the Mental Health Sector Expo, held at Parliament House in Canberra. Hosted by Mental Health Australia, with support from the Parliamentary Friends of Mental Health and the Parliamentary Friends of Youth Mental Health, the event brought together mental health organisations and leaders to highlight their contributions to mental health care in Australia. 

Our team engaged with parliamentarians, sector colleagues, and policymakers, showcasing MindSpot's reach and impact. 

With over 120 mental health professionals and representatives from 45 member organisations, the event underscored the collective commitment to improving mental health support across Australia. Attendees were addressed by The Hon Mark Butler MP, Minister for Health and Aged Care, who emphasised the importance of the work being done in this sector.
