The Big 5, driven by Professor Nick Titov, identifies five evidence-based activities crucial for better mental health. Our collaborative effort has brought this initiative to life, creating a suite of resources that support its delivery, with significant improvements in wellbeing shown through regular engagement in these activities.
Finally, Professor Nick Titov received the prestigious Translational Impact Award at the recent International Society for Research in Internet Interventions (ISRII) Conference in Ireland, recognising his exceptional impact in advancing digital health. This award celebrates individuals who exemplify outstanding achievement in translating research into impactful practices within the digital health sector.
